Save The Date
The date is set for the Sunday before Thanksgiving, November 19th. It will be held at the same location as
last year, Will-O-Way Grant, 207 Lake Drive, South Milwaukee, located on Lake Drive , just 2 blocks south of
College Avenue. Please arrive by 5 :00 PM. Advance online registration is required at cufa-usa.org.

Volunteer
There are still several one hour volunteer shifts during the event that need filling. Volunteers receive a
special pass that allows the bearer instant access to the buffet before or after their shift.
Thank You – Your Donations Fund The Feast!
Thank you for sustaining Milwaukee’s Vegan Thanksgiving Feast with your donations and participation. The
Feast is a not-for-profit event hosted by the all-volunteer community service group Citizens United For
Animals. As always, your advance monetary donations, made with you registration, defray the cost of
staging the event. Any remaining proceeds support local animal rights and welfare initiatives, including our
spay/neuter, rescue and adoption services.

PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT CHANGES
The following changes are being implemented to improve the quality of the event, while assuring its
sustainability:

The dinner is potluck style. All individuals and parties attending must bring a vegan dish to share in the
amount equivalent to at least 4 servings per person in their party (more is graciously welcome). For
example, an individual attending should bring a dish with at least enough to share with 4 others, and a
party of 4 should bring at least enough to share with 16 others.

We have eliminated the option to attend without bringing a dish to share. We encourage those who
wish to attend, but are unable to create a vegan dish to share, to visit one of the following vegan friendly deli’s
and purchase a ready-made vegan dish to share at the Feast. Please confirm with the deli clerk that your
choice is 100% vegan:

In order to streamline and reduce volunteer time required in the registration process, all registrations and
donations for the event must now be submitted online via the cufa-usa.org website. We understand
this may be an inconvenience to those without internet access. We ask those without internet access, who
wish to register for the event, to obtain the assistance of family or friends who do have access, in submitting
your registration.

Thank You!

The Milwaukee Vegan Thanksgiving Feast would not be possible without your enthusiastic support.
Thank you for keeping this tradition alive in the Milwaukee area. We look forward to seeing you and
celebrating a wonderful vegan Thanksgiving with you come November.
