Meet Possum Moon and her shadow Umbra! Inquiries must be accompanied by the submission of a completed adoption application in order to be considered, available in this link: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CCWI/Cat Possum Moon and her Kitten Eclipses are named for the fact that the kittens were born in the time surrounding the famous Solar Eclipse of 2024! Possum Moon was rescued from the streets of Milwaukee as a pregnant kitten who gave birth to The Eclipses shortly after her rescue. Kittens can get pregnant at 4 months old! A kitten herself, Possum Moon delivered, raised, and weaned her kittens in foster care with the help of her human caregiver. No more struggling to stay alive and feed a family for this girl! This sweet and beautiful young mother is now available to a loving family as a single, young adult cat. Possum Moon is beautiful on the outside and full of purrs on the inside. She breaks into song whenever her caregiver looks in her direction. She is grateful, kind, and full of love and cuddles. Possum Moon is barely a year old herself, and, if possible, she would love to bring her little shadow Umbra along. Miss Moon would do best as an only house cat, or as part of pair that includes Umbra. Umbra is named after the area on the earth or moon experiencing the total phase of an eclipse. And Umbra is the real deal. The complete phase. The handsome shadow! The kitten's kitten! But he's not a shadow, really... he's a playful, intelligent, and athletic kitten looking for lots of love and playtime attention. He rabbles the crew, communicates for the group, and makes sure everyone is taken care of... including his teenage mama cat, Possum Moon! If you're looking for an outgoing, brave spokes kitty, Umbra is your guy! Creative Cat Careâ„¢ is a 501c3 nonprofit rescue located in Milwaukee, WI. Due to the reality of Single Kitten Syndrome, kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with a young cat that is looking for a younger companion. Meet The Prince & Princess of The Solar Eclipse! Inquiries require the submission of a completed adoption application in order to be considered, available in this link: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CCWI/Cat These kittens were born surrounding the famous Solar Eclipse of 2024 and each kitten is thematically named! Saros, the kitten with the black heart on his nose, is a gentle and regal fellow, reminiscent of a prince. He knows his name, comes to his human when called, and loves to snuggle! This gentle giant is named after the 18-year cycle that many parts of the world have for eclipses. Saros will love you until the next solar eclipse!!! Bailey is named after the familiar Bright Spot during an eclipse. And a bright spot, this princess is! This cutie created the litter's Hide n' Seek game, plays coy better than the best, and snuggles like the gem that she is. This beautiful heart throb has a tiny black dot on her nose and is a little more shy than Saros, but makes most of the decisions for the pair. Born in foster care these kittens were naturally weaned by their feline mama, handled by human caregiver from day one, and have had the best start to a purr-fect life. Not only are they beautiful on the eyes, but they are sweet on the heart. Purr-fectly suited for Back-to-School timing, as they are ready to leave their mama and head into the world. Gentle and playful, these siblings are currently conducting interviews for their forever family. Creative Cat Careâ„¢ is a 501c3 nonprofit rescue located in Milwaukee, WI. Due to the reality of Single Kitten Syndrome, kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with a young cat that is looking for a younger companion. All inquiries must be accompanied by the submission of a completed Adoption Application available at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CCWI/Cat Pandi B., (The "B" stands for Bartlett, the street where she was found) came looking for help from a loving human when she was just a kitten herself. This youngster, tossed to the streets, got pregnant and gave birth to a pair of kittens humorously named The Bartlett Pears. Bartlett was able to raise and wean her kittens in foster care, and now that her babies Anjou and Bosco have been adopted into a loving home, it is Bartlett's turn to find her purr-fect human companion. Pandi is a silly and sensitive girl who loves the company of other cats. She talks, chirps, and chirtles to her human, telling all sorts of stories about her adventures. She is smart, addicted to Churu treats, and playful. She is independent (remember she was a kitten who had kittens!) and can often be found tossing a ball to herself to chase and catch. Her sensitive nervous system makes it uncomfortable for her to be held or petted, but she loves to head bump and hold long conversations with her human and feline friends. Pandi B. is seeking a quiet home with a gentle and older cat companion as her new friend. She currently shares a home with several other feline friends, but the senior tabby boy is her bestie. Because all Creative Cat Careâ„¢ feline friends are cared for in private foster homes, all inquiries must be accompanied by the submission of a completed Adoption Application available at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CCWI/Cat View full description »
